Amanda Bittner

Amanda Bittner is senior NAM oilseeds analyst and lead analyst for global soy research for Louis Dreyfus Company. In her role, she oversees global soybean and soybean meal research and maintains U.S. soybean complex balance sheets critical for global product line decisions. She initially joined Louis Dreyfus Company as a grains research analyst in 2017. In her time with Louis Dreyfus Company she also has managed crop tours, maintained production forecasts, was the lead analyst for global corn, and directed US grains and oilseeds research.

Prior to joining Louis Dreyfus Company, Amanda was the feed grains analyst at Informa Economics.

She holds a master’s degree in agricultural economics from Purdue University and a bachelor’s in mathematics and economics from Susquehanna University.
